Lost package
In the exceptional case that the shipping company loses the package, crazybird will initiate an investigation before arranging a replacement.
What the customer needs to do
- "Notify crazybird about the lost package before you have received the delivery notice, but you have not received the product."
- "Gather all documents/photos that can prove that the item is lost. For example, a photo of the signed receipt sent by the shipping company showing the wrong name."
- "Contact the shipping company and try to get more information, such as any address where the package was supposed to be delivered, details about the driver, etc."
- Send them to crazybird (contact support).
- "Report to the police if instructed to do so."
What is the crazy bird doing?
- "Upon receiving the aforementioned information from the customer, crazybird assesses whether the lost case report is valid."
- If the notice is valid, crazybird will contact the distribution company and initiate an investigation.
- "If the case is not resolved within 2 weeks of receiving the notification, crazybird will provide a replacement."
- The customer can also choose a full refund.
- If the product can be returned, the customer may need assistance in arranging the return delivery, all additional costs will be paid by crazybird.
