In the exceptional case that the shipping company loses the package, crazybird will initiate an investigation before arranging a replacement.

What the customer needs to do

  1. "Notify crazybird about the lost package before you have received the delivery notice, but you have not received the product."
  2. "Gather all documents/photos that can prove that the item is lost. For example, a photo of the signed receipt sent by the shipping company showing the wrong name."
  3. "Contact the shipping company and try to get more information, such as any address where the package was supposed to be delivered, details about the driver, etc."
  4. Send them to crazybird (contact support).
  5. "Report to the police if instructed to do so."

What is the crazy bird doing?

  1. "Upon receiving the aforementioned information from the customer, crazybird assesses whether the lost case report is valid."
  2. If the notice is valid, crazybird will contact the distribution company and initiate an investigation.
  3. "If the case is not resolved within 2 weeks of receiving the notification, crazybird will provide a replacement."
  4. The customer can also choose a full refund.
  5. If the product can be returned, the customer may need assistance in arranging the return delivery, all additional costs will be paid by crazybird.
