Shipping
Delivery addresses:We deliver in France.
Delivery time:It takes up to 1 to 2 business days to process your order, and then an additional 5 to 7 days for the order to arrive at your door. In rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipping, and if you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please feel free to contact us at fr@crazybirdbike.com.
Delivery fees: All our bikes are delivered free of charge in France.
Required signature: Due to the high value of the electric bike, we offer shipping methods with signature, for which we charge $10 per bike. The carrier is responsible for obtaining a signature before delivery and must not leave packages unattended. Although due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to a physical signature.

No liability for loss, theft, or damage:Please note that we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, feel free to choose the "Signature required" shipping method.
Damage to the outer packaging is not equivalent to damage to the item. Due to delivery uncertainties and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to file a claim with the carrier as soon as they notice damage to the outer packaging. Our customer service support team will assist you in case of any issues with the item.
Restocking fees:
- For returns of new and unused electric bikes within 14 days of receipt, please note that we will charge a restocking fee of $200 per bike.
- For returns of used electric bikes within 14 days, we charge a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the total order value.
- Refused deliveries will be charged a fee of $200 per bike to partially cover our handling costs.
- Approved returns of defective items within 14 days of receipt are exempt from restocking fees. Our customer service support team must be informed as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order placed, please contact us at fr@crazybirdbike.com before the order is shipped. Please note that a cancellation request before the order is shipped does not guarantee its cancellation. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.
We will not be able to cancel an order once it has been shipped. Please wait for the delivery of the order and contact us to obtain a return label within 14 days of delivery. Refusing a shipped order or failing to follow the return procedure may result in the loss of the item in transit or its rejection by the warehouse due to the absence of a return record, which may make it impossible to refund or replace.
"Upon receipt of your return package and confirmation that the package is complete and that the product is unused and in good condition, please note that there will be a restocking fee of $200 (per bike unit) deducted from the final refund."

Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via fr@crazybirdbike.com. Return requests submitted 14 days after the delivery date will not be approved.
The damage caused to the outer packaging is not considered as issues with the items. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to file a claim with the carrier as soon as they notice damage to the outer packaging. Restocking fees will still be charged based on the item's conditions.
To return an electric bike that is not defective or damaged upon receipt, you must contact crazybird (aka crazybirdbike.fr) within 14 days of receiving the bike. Restocking fees are subject to change. For unused bikes, a restocking fee of $200 will be deducted from the final refund. For used bikes, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted from the final refund. The electric bike must be free of any wear, dirt, dust, perfume, or any other signs of use, and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, pedals, bell, front and rear reflectors, headlight, tool kit (9 tools in total), user manual, quick start guide, etc.).
Customers must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from crazybird. Warranty issues must be resolved before processing a return. It is best to return with the original packaging, but other boxes will also be acceptable.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at fr@crazybirdbike.com with [RETURN REQUEST] and your order number in the subject line for faster processing. Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the merchandise return authorization process.
Pre-orders and pending orders and cancellations of pre-orders / pending orders. Our pending order process concerns electric bikes that are already available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and pending orders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in collecting payment, regardless of the expected shipping date of the item.
Accessories and spare parts. Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a spare part under the limited warranty is eligible for return within 14 days.

The returned accessories and/or spare parts must be unused, free from any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and in the same condition as when the customer received it. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
Non-returnable / non-refundable items. Used products, batteries, gift cards, and special orders will not be returnable, except in EXTREME cases of breakage / malfunction covered by our warranty. These cases must receive the company's return approval. "Construction and delivery" fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the electric bike has been returned and inspected by the warehouse.
Non-returnable items including, but not limited to:
- Product from an unauthorized reseller / individual;
- Damaged articles caused by human factors;
- Gift cards;
- Assurance ;
- Non-physical products.

Flash sales are excluded from our price matching policy.
The final amount of the refund may be subject to deductions for restocking fees, return shipping fees, and the cost of the original order's insurance.
For return orders, a refund will be approved after the return package has been successfully delivered and inspected by the warehouse. Customers will be notified by email and will receive a refund to the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time, up to 30 days, to process the refund.

Payment Information. Carzybird does not collect or store any payment information. When you place an order for an e-bike or other products, all payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, which at the time of this privacy notice is Shopify Inc. If you provide payment information on this website, it is transmitted through Shopify's payment portal. All payment information and transactions are subject to Shopify's privacy policy and terms of service. If there are difficulties processing an order, we will use your contact information to reach out to you to resolve these issues. We do not share your personal and financial information with third parties, except as stated in this privacy notice.
Carzybird also collaborates with service providers to offer convenient financing options for the purchase of our e-bikes. If you choose to finance an e-bike purchase, you will be redirected to a website or portal of a service provider to submit the necessary information to obtain financing. Carzybird has no right or ability to change a decision regarding financing and has no access to information related to financing, such as your creditworthiness. All requirements for financing options are set by the respective service provider.
Information collected from your use of the website. We or a service provider may use site analysis tools or other licensed third-party technologies to collect information about you from your use of this website. This information may be combined with other information you provide to us. This information may also contribute to aggregated information about website visitors and traffic. We encourage you to review and understand the privacy policies of these sites before providing them with information.
Third-party advertisers or advertising networks may use cookies or other technologies on our Sites for various purposes, including measuring the effectiveness of their ads and analyzing and personalizing the ads or other content that is presented to you. We do not have the ability to control the privacy and data collection, use, and disclosure practices of these third parties, and the privacy policies of these sites may differ from ours. California Privacy Rights. carzybird has adopted this section to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and applies only to residents of the State of California ("California Consumers"). Subject to certain exceptions and limitations, this section provides California Consumers with the disclosures and notices required by the CCPA.
No Sale of Personal Information. carzybird has not sold Personal Information in the last twelve (12) months. If carzybird chooses to sell Personal Information in the future, you would have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information.
Right to Disclosure. California Consumers have the right to request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past twelve months, such as:
the categories of Personal Information that we have collected;
the categories of sources for the Personal Information we have collected;
our business reason or commercial purpose for the collection or sale of this Personal Information;
the categories of third parties with whom we share this Personal Information;
if we have sold or disclosed your Personal Information for business purposes, two separate lists indicating

Right of Access. Right to Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete all Personal Information we have collected from you and retained, with certain exceptions. carzybird may permanently delete, de-identify, or aggregate Personal Information in response to a deletion request. If you submit a deletion request, we will confirm the Personal Information to be deleted before its deletion, and we will inform you when your request is complete.
Submit a Consumer Privacy Request. To exercise any of the rights mentioned above, please submit a verifiable consumer privacy request to carzybird by email at fr@carzybirdbike.com.
Please note that under the CCPA, carzybird is only required to respond to two requests for disclosure, access, or deletion within a twelve (12) month period.
Verification. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information unless we can verify your identity and your authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information pertains to you. A verifiable consumer privacy request from California must:
provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Information or an authorized representative;
describe your request with enough details to allow us to understand it well, evaluate it, and respond correctly.
Authorized Agent. You may make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. Otherwise, only you, or a person you have designated in writing as your authorized agent or who is registered with the California Secretary of State to act on your behalf, or to whom you have granted power of attorney under Sections 4000 to 4465 of the California Probate Code ("Authorized Agent") may make a verifiable consumer request regarding your Personal Information. If you wish for an Authorized Agent to make a verifiable consumer request on your behalf, they must provide us with sufficient written proof that you have designated them as your Authorized Agent, and we will always ask you to provide enough information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Information.
Response from carzybird. We strive to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you in writing of the reason and the extension period. We will provide our written response by mail or electronically, at your choice. All disclosures we provide will cover only the 12-month period preceding the receipt of the verifiable consumer request.
